Group Training Sessions
Group training sessions are for small groups of 2-3 people. Sessions are 1 hour in length and will incorporate circuits, full body movements, functional movements, high intensity interval training, and different modes of resistance depending on your goals. I can either travel to you or we can meet at one of the gyms that I have access to use in the Omaha metro area. Please feel free to give me a shout at if you have any questions!
